A former federal prosecutor and Fortune 50 tech lawyer, Tony Phillips counsels clients on regulatory enforcement and compliance, investigations, and complex litigation matters. Tony is a thought leader working at the cutting edge of digital trust and safety and concentrates his practice on beneficial, ethical, and responsible AI, tech regulation and enforcement, and corporate governance.
